We would like to inform you of the forthcoming relocation of the customs office and ATM customs service. Due to the ongoing construction of the tunnel bypassing the town of Le Locle, access to the current customs offices will soon be impossible.

We are delighted to announce that a solution has been found in collaboration with OFCL, OFDF and SBB. From April 2, 2024, the Swiss customs office and the ATM customs service will be housed in our premises at Crêt-du-Locle, 10 in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The current building in Le Locle will no longer be accessible.

Some goods will be cleared directly at the Col France border for the Swiss side. All other vehicles destined for our customers will have to go to ATM in La Chaux-de-Fonds.

To access the new customs office and ATM’s customs service, simply go to the second floor of our building, where you’ll find their counter and an intercom for contacting ATM Global Logistics SA headquarters.

You can now find the new customs office at the following address: Crêt-du-Locle 10, 2304 La Chaux-de-Fonds. The GPS coordinates for our new premises are: 47°4’49.725”N / 6°47’8.277”E.
