Open Customs Warehouses (OCW)
Do you do not wish to permanently import your merchandise upon arrival in Switzerland? or export it in advance and keep it under customs control? The Bonded Warehouse (EDO) is the solution for you!
This allows us to store your goods from abroad without having to clear them. They can then be transported in transit from the border to the designated EDO location; If necessary in vault for the valuable goods. At the end of the storage period, you choose either to import with the payment of duties and taxes or to send them to the country of your choice.
The use of the EDO is similar to that of the Port-Francs.
